Buying Products On Our Website

By placing an order on the Arctivál shop you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at info@arctival.com before placing your order with us. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.

Prices & Duties

All countries within the United Kingdom are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Countries outside of the United Kingdom are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are to be used by the intended recipient. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Arctivál retains the right to withdraw or extend offers and promotions at any time. Discounts cannot be added retrospectively to an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Arctivál has a 14 day returns policy.

If for any reason you want to exchange or return part of your order please e-mail info@arctival.com to request a return, within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned items that are to be exchanged or refunded must be in as new condition.

Arctivál does not cover the postage cost of returning your garment(s), however any subsequent item sent back to you as an exchange will be sent free of charge.

Items must be returned to us in original condition unworn and packed. We recommend items be returned by registered or recorded post, as we cannot be held liable for items not received.

For exchanges please contact us at info@arctival.com and let us know before sending what you wish to exchange item for so item can be put aside for you. When returning please include a note with your name and contact email.

Receiving a Refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, PayPal account or as store credit. Refunds will be issued within 8 working days from the day we receive your order back. Returned items that are being returned for a monetary refund not exchanged goods or a credit note will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.

Sale

We do not refund sale/discounted items. Sale/discounted items can be exchanged or a credit note given.

Quality Gurantee

If an item is received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.

Payment

All sales are charged in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). Please be aware your actual conversion rate will be set by your credit/debit card company and may differ from rates elsewhere.

Availability of goods and pricing

Arctivál will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the goods displayed are available, however it cannot 100% guarantee that any goods on the site are in stock or available.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on grindlondon.com are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found within 14 days of accepting your order, Arctivál will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order.

Privacy

Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury Arctivál liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. Arctivál shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if Arctivál has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.

Arctivál is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly.

The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched.

The following payments are accepted

Credit and Debit cards

Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and debit cards (Maestro and Visa Electron: please check with your bank to make sure your card is valid for online purchases). Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.

Paypal

You can choose to pay with credit card or your already registered PayPal account.

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail tracked and signed.
